Greetings!

Hey everybody!

Since I'm growing more and more out of love with facebook, and want to share my adventures in the southwest with so many of my family and friends, I felt that the best way to do that would be to write a blog. This way I can write in detail what I'm experiencing, post pictures (And explain them!) and y'all should be able to write comments or email me if you want to share something with me!

I will mention that I won't likely give much detail about the school I'm attending here, while most of it is unclassified, it is in the best interest of the school if I don't give too many details. I'll share enough to let you all know if I find it interesting or not and how long my day was. That's really not the cool part of my short stay down here anyway! The interesting part is the hiking, running, biking, horseback riding (see, I'll be just fine down here) and wildlife that exists out here! To give you some perspective, I have been advised to carry a weapon with me if I should go hiking...mountain lions, bears, and drug cartels are an interesting, and in the case of the last one, unfortunate reality of hiking the mountains 12 miles from the Mexican Border...
